By accessing or using the PayoutOffers platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not access the platform.
Affiliates agree to promote only approved offers using approved methods. Prohibited traffic includes incentivized traffic (unless permitted), misleading advertising, and spam.
Commissions are paid Net-7 subject to a minimum threshold of $100. PayoutOffers reserves the right to withhold payment pending fraud investigation.
Any affiliate found generating fraudulent or invalid traffic will have their account suspended immediately, forfeiting all pending commissions.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
